2. Please provide HD quality Pictures so that the final product look nice
3. No Refund / Return or Cancellation as all order are customised in your photos and details and it is of no use for anyone else and in case you cancel the order or ask for refund/return it hampers our team efforts and cost
4. 360° Opening Video is mandatory in case you found any defect or the product got damage in transit as without that we do not process any Replacement
5. 24 hrs TAT for Replacement - Please provide the opening video within 24hrs of receiving the delivery as after that we will not be able to process the claim
